    Mexican Macaroni Casserole from Kathy


    1 lb. Lean ground beef or turkey
    1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained
    1 box Kraft Macaroni & Cheese
    1 pkg. Taco seasoning
    1 can corn, drained
    1/2 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dip (powder)
    1 cup grated cheddar cheese

    Recipe




    Heat oven to 350. Prepare macaroni and cheese as directed. Brown
    Ground beef and drain, add taco seasoning to ground meat. In a large

    Bowl, add prepared macaroni and cheese, ground beef, Rotel tomatoes, Corn and dip. Mix well, place in casserole dish. Sprinkle with Grated cheese and bake 45 minutes.

    Makes 6 servings.
