    Spinach & Potato Casserole from Hel


    2 10 ounce packages of frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    1 10 3/4 ounce can of cream of potato soup
    1/2 pound of cheddar cheese, shredded

    Recipe




    Preheat oven to 350ºF.

    Combine spinach and soup in 1 quart baking dish and mix
    well.

    Sprinkle cheese over top.

    Bake until heated through, about 20 minutes.

    4 to 6 servings
