Baked Salmon and Rice
1 Cup of Rice cooked as directed
2 T. Sherry (optional)
2 Cans. ( 10 1/2 oz. each) CREAM of Mushroom soup
2 T. lemon juice
1/8 t. pepper
1 Can (4 1/2 oz) sliced mushrooms drained
1 Can (14 1/2 oz. ) Salmon flaked but do not drain
2 hard boiled eggs slicedRecipe
Mix all together except Rice And Eggs.
In a sauce pan heat stirring until heated through.
Layer Rice And Salmon mixture into a Pam sprayed oven dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Garnish with egg slices.
