Recipe Introduction
I love macaroni. It is one of my favorite pastas. I prefer making it with cheese. In New Orleans, some folks use spaghetti instead of macaroni to make their version of macaroni and cheese. I must admit, I am addicted to the baked spaghetti. To celebrate Macaroni Day (July 14), I am going to make it my Facebook status and put on a macaroni smile all day. How are you going to celebrate Macaroni Day?
