Recipe Introduction
Nut or not a nut? Nuts are a one-seeded fruit that are popular salted snacks or common ingredients in recipes. But did you know that some of the most popular nuts are not technically nuts?
Walnuts are not a nut. Almonds are a nut. Peanuts are actually legumes. Acorns are nuts, but they taste good only to squirrels, it would seem.
