Today is National Frappe Day! The frappe is a chilled foam-covered coffee drink that originated in Greece in the 1950s. Today, there are many different variations of this refreshing beverage.

Minty Chip Frappe
2 scoops mint chocolate chip ice cream
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup mini-chocolate chips
1 cup ice
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth and frothy. Serve in a tall glass.
