Almonds are good for you, as they help to improve your Cholesterol levels. So, bittersweet chocolate with almonds is good for you, right!?     Bittersweet Chocolate with Almonds


    1 pound almonds (raw or roasted, I had a mix of both)
    1 egg white
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    3/4 cup granulated sugar
    2 TBL bittersweet cocoa powder

    Recipe



    Mix egg white and vanilla with a mixer until frothy. Dump 1 pound of nuts into egg whites and mix until coated.

    In a separate bowl, combine sugar and bittersweet cocoa powder. Dump sugar and bittersweet cocoa powder into egg white/almond mixture and stir to combine.

    Pour almonds onto cookie sheet (sprayed with cooking spray). Cook almonds in oven at 250 degrees for 1 hour, Taking out to mix every 15 minutes.
