    List of Ingredients

    Baked Beans a different way

1 super large can of pork & beans (I get Campbell's or one that comes in the
gallon institutional size can for picnics)
    1 can of Coke (yep)
    salt and pepper to taste.

    Recipe

Drain as much liquid as possible off the pork and beans, and remove the
little piece of pork fat if your kids don't like that in there (My son always
    called that "the queen bean")

Pour into a large oven proof dish, pour the can of coke into the beans,
salt and pepper to taste , stir to mix coke in well.. Place in oven uncovered
at 350 degrees, for several hours until the Coke has cooked down and they are thick but not dry.. I have been known to put them into a 250 degree oven and let them cook slow all night long.. don't know why it wouldn't work in a slow cooker...

The coke turns into the best sauce, you won't believe.. no one can ever
guess your recipe.. but everyone raves about them cooked this way.. you can
add minced onion if you like or crumbled cooked bacon on top.. you really
can't mess these up.. and cheap to make for a crowd..
