    Bread Sticks


    1 quart water, warm
    41/2 lbs. roll mix
    11/2 oz. bakers yeast

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 325°F.

    Follow instructions on containers for mixing and proofing dough.

    Divide dough into 4 pieces, 1 lb. 10 oz. each.

    Roll each piece into long rectangle 3/8 inch thick and 7 inches wide.

    Cut crosswise into strips 3/8 inch wide.

    Place on greased 18 x 26-inch sheet pan 1 inch apart.

    Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
