Bush's Classic Two Bean Chili
1 pound lean ground beef
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup green pepper, chopped
1 can (16 ounces) Bush's BEST Chili Beans
1 can (16 ounces) Bush's BEST Dark Red Kidney Beans
1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
½ cup water
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoons oregano
2 cloves garlic, minced
Chopped green onion (garnish)
Sour cream (garnish)
Recipe
In large pan, cook beef, onion, and green pepper until meat is browned.
Drain excess grease.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except green onion and sour cream.
Bring to boil.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.
Garnish with green onion and dollop of sour cream.
