Cheesecake Cupcakes
1 8-oz pkg cream cheese
1 8-oz pkg dry cottage cheese
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c sugar
2 tbsp (heaping) sour cream
cherry, blueberry, or pineapple pie filling
Buttered graham cracker crumbs
Recipe
Beat all ingredints except crumbs and pie filling together in
mixer for 20 minutes. Place crumbs in cupcake papers; spoon batter into
each.
Bake at 375 for 10 miutes. cool; top with pie filling. Refrigerate.
