    German Chocolate Cupcake from Wendy


    Cupcake Ingredients:

    Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
    Chocolate Pudding Mix, (large box)
    ¾ cup vegetable oil
    ¾ cup water
    4 eggs
    12 oz bag of chocolate chips

    Icing Ingredients:

    2 Tbl Butter
    1 cup Brown Sugar
    1/2 cup Heavy Cream
    2 Egg yolks
    Chopped pecans
    Toasted coconut

    Recipe





    Mix first five ingredients in a mixer on medium for two minutes. Then fold in one bag of chocolate chips. Pour batter in cupcake tins. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes.

    Icing :

    Melt butter and add brown sugar. Stir until melted. Add cream, stir and continue cooking 2 minutes. Remove from heat and whisk in egg yolk. Heat for a few more minutes to thicken. Add toasted coconut and chopped pecans.
