Raspberry Cobbler with Ice Cream
3/4 stick butter
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup evaporated milk
16 oz. fresh raspberries
ice creamRecipe
Melt butter in baking dish.
Mix next 5 ingredients and pour over melted butter; do not stir.
Add raspberries.
Do not stir or press.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Serve warm with ice cream.
If you use canned fruit, drain.
