    3/4 cup milk
    3 tablespoons sugar
    2/3 cup brach's chocolate covered peanuts -- finely chopped
    1 cup whipping cream

    In small bowl, whisk together egg and sugar. Stir in cream, milk and peanuts. Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
