    Diabetic Watermelon Raspberry Ice Pops


    2 c watermelon, seeded and diced
    1 c fresh raspberries
    1/3 c Splenda
    1 T fresh lemon juice
    1 T light corn syrup

    Recipe




    Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend
    until smooth. Pour ingredients out of blender. Strain through
    a sieve into a small bowl, pressing firmly to extract as much
    of the liquid as possible. Discard pulp. Pour extracted juice
    into ice pop molds and freeze at least 6 hours or overnight.
    Makes 8 servings.

    Nutritional information: 30 calories, 0 g fat, no protein,
    8 g carbohydrates, no cholesterol, no sodium, no fiber.
