    Cherry Breeze Pie


    1 cup crushed cornflakes
    1/3 cup butter, melted
    1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
    1 can (15 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
    ½ cup lemon juice
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 can (21 ounces) chilled cherry pie filling

    Recipe





    Mix cornflake crumbs and butter thoroughly in 9” pan. Press firmly and
    evenly over bottom and sides of pan to form crust. Chill. Beat cream
    cheese until light and fluffy add condensed milk and blend thoroughly.
    Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Turn into crust. Refrigerate 3 – 4 hours
    or until firm. (Do not freeze) Top with filling just before serving.


    Serves 8
