Lemon pie from Deborah
10 inch graham cracker pie shell 1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs 2/3 cup lemon juice
whipped cream for garnish
Recipe
Cream sugar and cream cheese, add can of condensed milk
add one egg at the time then add lemon juice.
Pour in pie shell.
bake 350 for 30 minutes or until set.
Garnish with whipped cream and lemon slices.
serves 8.
