    Strawberry Tapioca Pudding


    3 lbs frozen strawberries
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup Minute Tapioca
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 cup water

    Recipe



    Combine berries, tapioca and sugar in saucepan. Let stand 15 minutes. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice; chill. Serve with cream.
