    Lemon Berry Tart from Heidi


    Cookie Crust:
    1 1/2 cups
    all-purpose flour
    1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    2/3 cup margarine or butter, softened
    1 egg

    Tart:
    1/2 cup lemon curd
    8 ounces cream cheese, softened
    2 cups berries or sliced fruit

    Cookie Crust:
    Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients until dough forms. Press firmly and evenly against bottom and side of ungreased 11-inch tart pan. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until light brown; cool. Tart: Beat lemon curd and cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Spread over crust. Refrigerate at least 1 hour until slightly firm. Arrange berries over lemon mixture just before serving.
