    Blueberry Graham Cracker Torte


    1/2 cup butter or margarine
    1 cup sugar
    3 eggs
    3/4 cup milk
    2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
    1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda

    Recipe




    Cream butter and beat in sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in milk. Combine blueberries, graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add all at once and beat until batter is smooth. Pour into a greased 8-inch spring-form baking pan. Bake in preheated oven (375°F) for 50 to 60 minutes or until top is richly browned. Serve warm or cold topped with sweetened whipped ream or whipped topping.
