    Frozen Key Lime Torte


    1-pint lime sherbet
    1 pint Haagen -Dazs Zesty Lemon Sorbet
    1 pint Haagen-Das Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
    11/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
    2 TBS sugar
    1/4-cup margarine or butter melted
    1-tablespoon key lime juice
    1/4 cup toasted coconut

    Recipe





    Place sorbet, sherbet, and frozen yogurt in refrigerator to soften while preparing piecrust.

    In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and margarine and mix well.

    Press mixture in bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan. Freeze 15 minutes. Spoon or scoop soften sherbet, sorbet and frozen yogurt into a large bowl. Add lime juice, stir gently to mix. Spoon mixture over crust in pan, spreading evenly. Sprinkle with coconut; press lightly. Freeze at least 4 hours or until firm. To serve, let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes. Cut into wedges.
