Artichoke Dip
1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts (in water), drained and chopped
1 C. grated Parmesan cheese
1 can chopped green chili peppers
1 c. Hellman's mayonnaise
Recipe
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer mixture to an 8" glass baking dish.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve warm with crackers, mini bagel chips or tortilla chips
