    Bacon Dip


    1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz)
    3 T. finely cut chives
    1 cup sour cream
    1 t. fresh horseradish
    Dash garlic salt
    Cayenne
    6 or 8 strips bacon, cooked crisp

    Recipe



    Soften cheese at room temperature.

    Blend with next 5 ingredients.

    Mix with 4 strips bacon, crumbled.

    Top with a sprinkling of remaining bacon, crumbled.

    Makes 3 cups
