List of Ingredients
Buffalo Chicken Dip from David
2 Chicken Breasts
1 Cup good quality Buffalo Wing Sauce
1 Cup Ranch Dressing
1 pound cream cheese (2 bricks)
1 Cup shredded cheddar
Recipe
Cut the chicken into small pieces, and saute ( you can also use 1 large can
of cooked chicken or leftover cooked chicken)
Add wing sauce. Simmer together
Add ranch dressing, mix well
Add in cream cheese and cheddar. Mix well (Cheese should melt right in)
Put in a small crock pot on high for 1 hour, stir.
NOTE: chicken pieces should not be over a dime in size; shredded is better.
Also the longer ahead you make it the better as the flavors meld together
with time. If possible, make the night before and keep on low heat in small
crockpot.
Makes about 3 1/2 - 4 cups. Serve with crackers, tortilla chips, or celery.
NOTE: Be sure to use Durkee Wing Sauce and Hidden Valley
Ranch dressing. The ranch won't change the flavor, but the
wing sauce can, so be sure you use a good quality one.
Use wing sauce, not hot sauce because the wing sauce has other
ingredients in it than hot sauce and blends easier.
