Texas Sausage Dip
1 lb. hot sausage (I use Jimmy Dean)
1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 can Rotel tomatoes and chilies (see note)
2 lbs. Velveeta
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Recipe
Brown sausage, ground beef and onion and drain off all grease. Add
tomatoes and chilies.
Cut Velveeta into chunks and add to the meat mixture. Cook on low heat
until cheese melts.
Add undiluted soup and mix well. Serve hot.
NOTE: If the Rotel brand tomatoes & chilies are to hot, you can use
regular diced tomatoes
