    List of Ingredients

    Easy Pebbles Easter Nest

    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 cups miniature marshmallows
4 cups Post Fruity or Cinna-Crunch Pebbles Cereal
    Coconut
    Assorted candies

    Recipe

Microwave butter in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 30 seconds or until melted. Add marshmallows; toss to coat. Microwave 1-1/2 minutes, stirring
after 45 seconds. Add cereal; toss lightly to coat well.

Press firmly into lightly greased muffin pan to form 24 nests; cool.

Fill nests with coconut and candies.

Tips: Lightly spray hands with no stick cooking spray to prevent cereal mixture from sticking to your hands and facilitate pressing cereal mixture into muffin cups.

Lightly grease the bottom of a small jar such as a spice jar and use to press into center of nests to easily create even indentations.

To tint coconut easily and mess-free, place about 1 cup coconut in zipper-style plastic bag. Add about 3 drops liquid food coloring; close bag. Massage coconut in bag until color is evenly distributed.

These nests can also be filled with a scoop of ice cream and drizzled with strawberry or pineapple topping for a fun and festive springtime dessert.

These nests also make a great container for some fresh whole strawberries topped with whipped topping for a fresher than fresh springtime treat.

Store nests loosely covered at room temperature.
