This is a great meal for Easter Brunch as you can make it ahead the night before! It's always a hit.

Make Ahead Easter Brunch
11/2 lb roll sausage
8-12 slices whole wheat bread
8 eggs
3 cups milk
pinch of salt
2 cups grated cheese
Recipe
Cook sausage until brown and crumbly, set aside.
Place 4 to 6 pieces of bread in a single layer on bottom of pan (will vary depending on what bread you use).
Mix together eggs, milk and salt. Layer half of the sausage over the bread, then one cup of cheese.
Repeat bread, sausage and cheese layer.
Slowly pour egg mixture over the dish, making sure to cover all of the bread.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake covered at 350 for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until brown.
