Crab Stuffed Eggs
12 hard cooked eggs
1 can crab meat, drained and flaked (6 oz)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 t. prepared mustard
1/4 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1 jar sliced pimiento, drained (2 oz)
Fresh parsley sprigs
Recipe
Slice eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks. Mash yolks with a fork. Add crab meat and next 4 ingredients. stirring well.
Spoon yolk mixture into egg whites. Garnish with pimiento slices and fresh parsley sprigs. Makes 12 servings.
