Bacon Mushroom Quesadilla
½ sml container Fresh Mushrooms
3 Tbl Butter
8 Flour Tortillas
Mozzarella cheese
Provolone cheese
Monterey Jack cheese
Hormel Real Bacon bits
Pace Plicate Sauce
Recipe
Slice up ½ small container of fresh mushrooms.
Sauté in 3 tablespoons butter.
Brush one side of 4 tortillas with the melted butter from the mushrooms.
Place the buttered side of the tortillas down on a cookie sheet.
Cut cheeses into squares (Mozzarella, Provolone, Monterey jack) .
Place cheese squares onto tortillas.
Sprinkle Hormel Real Bacon bits over cheeses.
Lightly pour Pace plicate sauce over bacon bits.
Spoon sautéed mushrooms over plicate sauce.
Place another tortilla over each and brush the top with the remaining butter.
Bake at 450°for 10 minutes.
Slice each quesadilla into 4 quarters with pizza cutter.
Serve with sour cream.
