Bacon Mushroom Quesadilla
� sml container Fresh Mushrooms
3 Tbl Butter
8 Flour Tortillas
Mozzarella cheese
Provolone cheese
Monterey Jack cheese
Hormel Real Bacon bits
Pace Plicate Sauce
Recipe
Slice up � small container of fresh mushrooms.
Saut� in 3 tablespoons butter.
Brush one side of 4 tortillas with the melted butter from the mushrooms.
Place the buttered side of the tortillas down on a cookie sheet.
Cut cheeses into squares (Mozzarella, Provolone, Monterey jack) .
Place cheese squares onto tortillas.
Sprinkle Hormel Real Bacon bits over cheeses.
Lightly pour Pace plicate sauce over bacon bits.
Spoon saut�ed mushrooms over plicate sauce.
Place another tortilla over each and brush the top with the remaining butter.
Bake at 450�for 10 minutes.
Slice each quesadilla into 4 quarters with pizza cutter.
Serve with sour cream.
