Outback Steakhouse Shrimp On The Barbie
1 pound Jumbo Shrimp
Dry Rub for Shrimp:
1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
1/8 - 1/4 tsp. cayenne -- to taste
1/8 tsp white pepper
1/8 tsp onion powder
1 Tb garlic powder -- to taste
Olive oil
Splash of white wineRecipe
Mix all ingredients for Dry Rub and dry-rub the jumbo shrimp, let set for 1 hour, then saute the shrimp with a little olive oil, adding a splash of white wine, saute until they are pink on each side [DON'T OVERCOOK]
To grill, marinate with dry-rub for 1 hour and then baste with olive oil and
white wine on grill, until pink on both sides.
