Ripped Shrimp Tacos
6 (6") tortillas corn or flour
1 tsp vegetable oil
24 (31-40 count) Mexican white shrimp
salt and pepper
1 cup green cabbage shredded
6 oz crema sauce
6 oz pineapple mango salsa
6 lime wedges
Crema sauce:
2 Tbsp. Sour cream
2 Tbsp. Heavy cream
2 Tbsp. salsa fresca
1 Tbsp. Avocado
Recipe
Add the oil to a hot skillet and sauté the shrimp for 2-3 minutes or until firm to the touch and pink in color. Do not overcook. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper while sautéing
Place the cabbage on the bottom of the tortilla and the crema sauce on top of the cabbage
Place the shrimp on top of the salsa and finish by topping with the pineapple mango salsa
Garnish with the lime wedge
Crema sauce:
Mix together in a bowl until smooth and creamy
