    Healthy Chinese Noodles and Snow Peas


    1/2 lb Chinese noodles
    1/4 lb fresh snow peas, trimmed
    2 t sesame oil salt and freshly ground black pepper

    Recipe




    Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the noodles and snow
    peas. Let boil 2 minutes and drain. Toss with the oil and salt
    and pepper to taste. Place on individual plates; serve steak and
    sauce on top. Makes 2 servings.


    Nutritional information: 268 calories, 7 g fat, 9 g protein,
    42 g carbohydrates, 53 mg cholesterol, 12 mg sodium, 3 g fiber.
