Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups
Raw Chocolate
1⁄2 cup raw cacao butter
1 cup raw cacao powder
1⁄4 -1⁄2 cup raw agave or honey
1⁄2 tsp salt
1⁄2 tsp stevia (optional)
Peanut Butter Swirl
1 cup peanut butter (no sugar or oil added)
1⁄2 cup honey or agave nectar
1⁄2 - 3⁄4 tsp. salt
1 Tbs. Vanilla
Recipe
Grate raw cacao butter finely, and put in a bowl. Fill a larger bowl with hot water and put the smaller bowl into the larger bowl to make a double boiler. Stir the raw cacao butter until liquefied. Slowly add raw cacao powder and stir with a whisk until smooth. Add honey, salt, and stevia, mix until smooth.
Peanut Butter Swirl
Mix ingredients together until smooth. Put a layer of chocolate in a mini muffin cup, add a layer of peanut butter, and then top with another layer of chocolate. Refrigerate until firm. Store in airtight container in refrigerator
