    Healthy Cucumber Dip with Fresh Dill


    1 medium size cucumber, peeled and seeded
    1 cup low fat yogurt
    1 teaspoon fresh, finely chopped dill

    Recipe



    1. Puree the cucumber in a blender until chunky but not liquefied. Stir in the yogurt and dill.

    2. Serve with raw vegetables, pita bread or spicy foods.
