    Light Coconut Pie


    9-inch prepared graham cracker crust
    8 ounces light cream cheese, softened
    8 ounces lowfat pina colada or coconut flavored yogurt
    2 tablespoons white sugar
    1 1/2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
    8 ounces frozen dessert topping, thawed

    Recipe



    Beat together cream cheese and sugar. Mix in yogurt and coconut.
    Gently fold in topping. Spoon into crust, cover, and chill in
    refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
