Mangoes make a yummy salsa and this one is a keeper. To keep the flavors in line, make the marinade below.
List of Ingredients
Healthy Mango Salsa
3 ripe mangoes, pitted and cubed
juice of one lime
2 tablespoons red onion, minced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
\Recipe
Combine all ingredients. Let stand for 10 minutes. Toss before serving.
Serve with grilled fish, chicken or pork. Serves 6 as a side dish.
