    Blonde Brownies


    8-oz. pkg. no-sugar white cake mix 226-g pkg.

    2 eggs
    2 T. granulated brown sugar replacement 30 mL
    2 T. water 30 mL
    ¼ c. mini chocolate chips 60 mL
    ¼ c. peanut butter chips 60 mL

    Recipe




    Combine cake mix, eggs, brown sugar replacement and water in mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed until well blended and thickened.
    Fold in chips.
    \Pour batter into two, greased and papered 8-in. (20-cm) pans.
    Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 12 to 15 minutes or until brownies test done.
    Cut into 2-in. (5-cm) squares.

    Yield: 32 squares

    Exchange, 1 square: 1/3 bread

    ½ fat
