Blueberry Jam or Sauce
1 pt frozen blueberries
1/4 c white wine
1/4 t allspice
1/4 t cloves
1 stick cinnamon
sugar substitute - to taste
Recipe
Put all ingredients except sugar in heavy pan.
Boil slowly for about 1/2 hour, or until thick.
Remove cloves and cinnamon stick, and add sugar substitutes.
Store in refrigerator.
Serving ideas: ice cream, custard topping, pancake filling.
NOTES : May be used as a topping for ice cream, custards, or as a
filling for crepes or pancakes.
