Diabetic Fruit Smoothies
1 cup orange juice
1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen strawberries or raspberries
6 packets Equal� sweetener or 1 3/4 teaspoons Equal� for Recipes or 1/4 cup Equal� SpoonfulTM
Recipe
Peel and cut banana into large chunks. Place in plastic freezer bag, seal and freeze at least
5 to 6 hours or overnight. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
