Low Fat Fruit Drink
1 med banana, sliced and frozen
1 c strawberries, halved and frozen
1/4 c orange juice concentrate, undiluted
1 1/2 c low fat milk
1/4 t almond extract
Recipe
Process all ingredients in a blend until smooth. Serve. Makes
4 servings - 3/4 c each.
