Spiced Berries
- 1-1/2 cups mixed berries (strawberries,
blueberries , or raspberries)
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- Sugar substitute equivalent to 2 teaspoonsRecipe
Wash berries and divide between 2 small dessert bowls.
Heat balsamic vinegar on high heat for 1 minute or
until reduced by one-quarter. Add sugar substitute
and stir to dissolve. Pour sauce over berries.
