    Corn Flake Crusted French Toast


    1 bag GFP Favorite Sandwich Bread Mix (#10)
    2 beaten eggs
    2 cups GFP Oven-Toasted Corn Flakes (#166)


    Recipe



    Prepare bread mix according to package directions. Allow bread to cool
    thoroughly. Slice loaf. Dip each slice into egg. Allow egg to saturate
    bread. Coat each slice with corn flakes that have been slightly crushed (not
    crumbs). Place in hot skillet to cook. Turn once. Each side should be
    golden.

    Serve with maple syrup.
