    We've been having a family reunion of sorts. My youngest visiting cousin is allergic to egg whites, most females in the family are lactose intolerant, & most of the family has gluten intolerances. Baking challenges, yay!

    List of Ingredients




    Snickerdoodle, Non-Dairy & Gluten Free



    1 1/4 cups brown rice flour
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup vegetable oil, spread
    4 egg yolks
    2 tablespoons sugar
    2 teaspoons cinnamon

    Recipe





    Preheat oven to 375° for non-stick or 400° for any other.

    Bake for 10-14 minutes.

    Mix dry ingredients then add egg yolks & butter spread.
