    Low Carb Asparagus Brown Rice Oriental Medley



    2 tsp vegetable oil
    2 cups (12 oz. pkg.) frozen asparagus cuts and tips, thawed, drained
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
    1 cup thinly sliced mushrooms
    2 cups cooked brown rice
    2 Tbs lite soy sauce



    Recipe



    1 Heat oil in large non-stick frypan or wok over medium heat.

    2 Add asparagus and vegetables.


    3 Cook and stir 2 minutes.


    4 Add rice and soy sauce.


    5 Continue cooking and stirring 2 minutes longer or until thoroughly heated.


    6 Remove from heat and serve immediately.
