    Low Carb BLT Salad



    Salad:

    1 1/2 cups of crisp romaine lettuce
    2 or 3 crisp fried bacon strips (drained and chopped)
    1/2 small to medium tomato diced

    Mayonnaise Dressing:

    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 packet sugar-free sweetener (such as Splenda®)
    3 tablespoons heavy cream




    Recipe



    Pile lettuce on a plate. Top with chopped bacon and
    tomato.


    Mix dressing ingredients together and drizzle over
    salad.


    Serves 1

    approx. 6 carbs per serving
