    Low Carb Bacon-Cheese Dip


    ½ cup sour cream
    4 ounces Roquefort or blue cheese
    3 ounces cream cheese
    ¼ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
    4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and drained, crumbled
    4 slices onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    ¼ teaspoon celery seeds

    Recipe





    Put all ingredients into electric blender and blend until smooth. Chill well. Serve with potato chips or crackers. Makes 2 cups, or about 16 servings.
