    1 HEAD CAULIFLOWER
    1/2 CUP MILK
    2-3M CLOVES PEELED SLICED GARLIC
    2 OUNCES CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
    2 OUNCES GRATED ROMANO CHEESE
    1/4 TEASPOON GROUND NUTMEG
    SALT AND PEPPER

    Cauliflower Romano Mash

    1 HEAD CAULIFLOWER
    1/2 CUP MILK
    2-3M CLOVES PEELED SLICED GARLIC
    2 OUNCES CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
    2 OUNCES GRATED ROMANO CHEESE
    1/4 TEASPOON GROUND NUTMEG
    SALT AND PEPPER


    PLACE THE WHOLE HEAD OF CAULIFLOWER, MILK AND GARLIC IN A LARGE SAUCE PAN AND BRING TO A SIMMER.

    COVER AND COOK UNTIL THE CAULIFLOWER IS SOFT. DRAIN WELL. RETURN THE CAULIFLOWER TO THE POT AND MASH. ADD THE CREAM CHEESE, ROMANO CHEESE, NUTMEG AND SALT AND PEPPER. MIX WELL. \
