Low Carb Cheddar Cheese Muffins
4 eggs
1/4 c butter, melted
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/3 c sifted coconut flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Recipe
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix all well together. Grease mini muffin pan well.
Divide batter.
Bake for 15 mins.
