Chili Egg Puff
10 Eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 pint (2 c.) small curd cottage cheese
4 c. shredded cheddar/jack cheese
1/2 c. butter (melted and cooled)
2-4 oz. cans diced green chili, drained Recipe
Beat eggs until light and lemon colored.
Incorporate cheeses and butter and mix until smooth.
Fold in chiles and pour into prepared baking dish.
Bake uncovered 35 minutes or until top is brown and center appears firm.
Let set 10-15 minutes to set center.
