    Low Carb Meat Crust Pizza


    1 pound hamburger
    1/2 pound Italian sausage
    1 large eggs
    1/2 cup pork rinds
    1/2 cup ragu pizza quick sauce
    4 cups mozzarella cheese
    1/2 cup onion
    1/4 cup green onion

    pepperoni slices

    Recipe





    Preheat oven to 400°F.

    Mix hamburger and sausage in a bowl. Blend well. Add
    pork rinds and egg. Mix Well. Put meat mixture on a
    12" pizza pan and pat to the edges. Bake for 12
    minutes. Remove and drain grease.

    Pour pizza sauce on top and add toppings. Add other
    low carb toppings as desired (remember to add carb
    counts) top with mozzarella cheese. Return to the oven
    long enough to melt the cheese (5-10 mins). 2.5 grams
    of carbs per slice
